Lazarus CX is looking for energetic and motivated Junior Customer Support Representatives / Lead Generation Executives to join our growing BPO operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in customer engagement, outbound calling, and sales-driven communication.

You will interact with potential and existing customers through inbound and outbound channels, support sales campaigns, qualify leads, and contribute to revenue growth while delivering a positive customer experience.
