Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR) Closer

Job Requirements

• Outbound Sales Calls: Make outbound cold calls to American consumers to promote and sell telecommunications services (e.g., internet, phone, cable, etc.).
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads through conversations, determining customer needs, and recommending suitable telecommunications services.
• Sales Closing: Effectively close sales deals, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed, and all sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Inbound Sales Support: Handle incoming sales calls and inquiries, answering questions, providing product information, and effectively closing sales.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and sales managers to ensure consistency in messaging and achieving sales goals.
